Course Outline

As the retail industry continues to boom, individuals with extensive retail experience and knowledge are a rarity for employers. This qualification is taught with the aim of developing and strengthening your customer service skills. As a student you will learn how to give useful and relevant advice on product and services, work effectively in a service environment, handle retail stock, and produce visual merchandise displays.

*Please note all WAIFS courses are offered via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

** This course will be delivered and assessed via classroom delivery, distance learning and online assessment.

  • Entry Requirements

    Successful completion of Year 9 (or equivalent).

    IELTS score of 3.5 or (equivalent).

  • Articulation / Pathways

    Successful completion of this qualification provides you with a pathway into other Certificate II and Certificate III level qualifications.

    Tuition Fee: $3,300.00

    Materials Fee: $300.00

    A one-off $230.00 Enrolment Fee is applicable to process the Application.
