Course Outline

Our Certificate III in Accounts Administration introduces you to basic accounting concepts and develops skills in manual and computerised systems, such as financial data entry, processing accounts, providing customer service in financial transactions and producing reports. This course applies to roles where the employee needs to demonstrate judgement in known situations under direct supervision.

 This qualification is suitable for you if you have, or wish to have, a job involving:

  • Checking and processing financial data entry
  • Accounts payable/accounts receivable
  • Providing customer service in financial transactions
  • Assisting in processing payroll
  • Cashiering and bank account maintenance
  • Assisting with maintaining a general ledger
  • Processing purchases and sales including EFT/e-business
  • Producing GST reports

  • Entry Requirements

    Successful completion of Year 10 (or equivalent).

    IELTS score of 4.5 (or equivalent).

  • Pathway/Articulation

    This qualification can lead you to entry-level employment in a range of financial services jobs. Specialist FNS (Financial Services Training) Package qualifications at Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping would support your career prospects.

  • Domestic Fees

    Tuition Fee: $3,500.00

    Materials Fee: $500.00

    A one off $230.00 Enrolment Fee is applicable to process the Application.
