ELICOS English

ELICOS stands for English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students and is regulated by the Australian Government to maintain high teaching standards. WAIFS offers the following levels:

• 097555G Pre-Intermediate

• 097555G Intermediate

• 097555G Upper-Intermediate

• 097555G Advanced

These are designed to meet the specific needs of our international students from a wide range of English proficiency levels.

Each course will focus on improving four foundational language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Learning will also be guided by a range of useful and highly practical topics. To ensure genuine progression, students are given the opportunity to apply their new-found skills in every lesson.

As a registered training provider, we have built a reputation for excellence in English teaching. Our highly experienced teachers and interactive teaching methods allow us to enhance student outcomes.

All courses are delivered on campus, in a friendly and inclusive environment. WAIFS campus is also conveniently open seven days a week to support flexible learning and a balanced Perth lifestyle.

Standard duration of each level is 6 months. Intake dates are weekly and of course you can select the exact number of weeks you wish to study (minimum 2 weeks, maximum 104 weeks).
