Liability for the Unintentional Transmission of Computer Viruses
WARNING: Computer viruses can be transmitted via email. The recipient should check the email and any attachments for the presence of viruses. The company accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted by an email. E-mail transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. The sender therefore does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of the message, which arise as a result of e-mail transmission.

Unintentionally Entering in to Contracts
No employee or agent is authorised to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of West Australian Institute of Further Studies Pty Ltd with another party by email without express written confirmation by the Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director.

WAIFS accepts no liability for the content of a sent email, or for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided, unless that information is subsequently confirmed in writing.
